Passing of Clarence Visser

On Sunday, July 27, 2025, Klaas “Clarence” Visser passed away peacefully. He lived a life shaped by grace and compassion, always caring deeply for the poor and those in need.

Clarence is lovingly remembered by his children, Doug Visser (Kelly Mills), Wes (Jeannie) Visser, Joanne Visser, Gordon (Annette) Visser, Sharon (Peter) Nolan, and David (Bonnie) Visser; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and his brother, Jim (Donna) Visser. He was predeceased by his wife, Jennie in 2015; and his daughter-in law, Evelyn in 2011; his sister, Evelyn Werkman; and his brother, Bill Visser.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at Trinity Christian Reformed Church, 13427 – 57 Street, Edmonton.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations in Clarence’s memory may be made to Emmanuel Home.

We are truly grateful for his life and wish to share these biographical documents on his life as well a the link to the livestream of his funeral.

Winter Women’s Gathering

Annual Potluck!
